At SNEVETS, we aim to provide transparent and fair service policies. This Cancellation Policy explains how clients may cancel services or subscriptions.
Clients may request cancellation of services at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or official communication channels.
Depending on the stage of the project or service delivery, partial refunds may be applicable. Completed work or delivered milestones are not eligible for refunds.
For recurring services, cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. No charges will be applied after successful cancellation confirmation.
All cancellation requests are processed within 3–5 business days. Confirmation will be sent via email once the cancellation is completed.
